Diabetes Test Is Negative

Genesis was tested earlier for diabetes and the result is negative. They are now putting in another IV line in Caleb and taking out the arterial and venus lines. Two less tubes to worry about when we carry him. Thank you Lord for hearing our hearts cry!

My dear Friends,
Praise Jesus for negative test results for Genesis. Praise Jesus for His strength when we are so weary. Praise Jesus for awesome hospitals and gifted medical staff so readily available to us in this part of the world. Praise Jesus for all those praying for your family (only when we all get to heaven will we know how many). Praise Jesus for the gift of life! Praise Jesus for Caleb! Praise Jesus for His great comfort. Praise Jesus for life and breath. Praise Jesus you're o.k. through the hurricane. Praise Jesus that He paid it all! Thoughts of this world can sometimes overtake us, overwhelm us. Take a moment here and there to think of heaven. Take a moment to think of all that Jesus has done so we may live there forever. These thoughts will lift you when you feel heavy and weary, when you feel sad. JESUS loves you and is walking every single step with you through this amazing journey. Pat & Janet, this journey you're on reveals to me that you're so very special in the eyes of our great God, that He chose you to walk this road. All I can think of is how He wants to use all that's happened and will happen to help and bless others through you and to glorify His great name. Stand firm, for many are standing with you - especially our JESUS! "I waited patiently for the LORD and He inclined to me and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay and set my feet upon a rock and established my steps. He has put a new song in my mouth--Praise to our God; many will see it and fear and will trust in the LORD. Blessed is that man who makes the LORD his trust, and does not respect the proud nor such as turn aside to lies. Many, O LORD my God, are Your wonderful works which You have done; and Your thoughts toward us cannot be recounted to You in order; if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered." Psalm 40:1-5
With love and prayers always.
Your friend and sister up north,
Joan

Hi:

My name is Ana, from your mom's church. I wrote here previously.

I just wanted to say that your family has been in my prayers and I thank the Lord for his mercy and for the life of Caleb. I am also thanking God for Caleb's healing for I know that this miracle has already happened and that we will see Caleb grow phisically and spiritually.

Dear Pat and Janet,

I cried out to God that diabetes for Genesis was just TOO much! I'm so glad to hear the good news about both children.

Yesterday, Isaiah 40:31 came to mind for you, as well as as Is. 42:3 and Ps. 147.3.

Love in Christ,

Nancy
