PH Test Results

Over the last several days Caleb has had two tubes in his nose - one for feeding ad one for a PH test. This is a test that measures what's going on in his esophogas and stomach. This test came back with very positive results. The doctor said he doesn't have reflux disease. All the measurements were normal. Caleb will undergo a non-invasive test next week to check for bile reflux. The put a couple drops of a solution in his milk and take some pictures of his bowels after the feed; this will tell them if he has this other type of relux. If this test comes back normal it means that we will probably not have to get a G-tube.

Caleb is still vomitting pretty consistently; thus he's not gaining weight. Let's pray that this changes!

I'm still praying for my Caleb and i pray that he gets better really soon. I hope that you guys get the peace that passes understanding and that you know that Jesus is totally in control no matter what happens. Read Job 42. It helped me alot through some of the trials i went to. Maybe it'll comfort you too!

Love,
Aimee Nicole

Lord Jesus, you are a Sovereign God. You are the Great Physician, Lord. We continue to lift our baby Caleb in prayer and ask that you would strengthen him, Lord. Jesus, we pray that the vomiting would stop, and that Baby Caleb gains some weight, so that he can grow and get physically stronger every day. We also pray that we get a good report on that upcoming test. Lord, may Janet and Pat sense your Spirit and Presence in a mighty way. We also lift up Genesis to you, and the rest of the family. You, Lord, are our strength and shield. Our ever-present help in time of trouble. Thank you for your promises, your faithfulness and love towards us. We love you, Lord. We ask you all these things, in your precious name, Amen.
